Terms & Conditions
Review draft — not effective. Corporate details, operational practices and legal terms require approval before publication.
Draft prepared October 9, 2026. Effective date: pending approval.
1. Company identification
International Enhancers LLC is a company registered in the United States, with its principal operating location in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Services are delivered primarily remotely. Registration does not imply a physical U.S. office. Corporate contact email and company registration particulars must be verified before these terms are published.
2. Acceptance and scope
These proposed terms govern use of this website. Browsing or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a consulting engagement. Professional services require a separate written agreement; that agreement governs the engagement and prevails over conflicting website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Nature of services
The proposed service offering comprises executive management consulting, business strategy advisory, one-on-one CEO advisory, business development and international expansion consulting. The website provides general business information, not advice tailored to a particular client.
4. Client eligibility
Services are primarily intended for businesses, entrepreneurs and executives. Anyone engaging services on behalf of an entity must have sufficient authority to bind it and must provide accurate business and billing information.
5. Consulting engagements
A consulting services agreement, statement of work, commercial proposal or written engagement confirmation accepted by both parties must identify the services, scope, fees, responsibilities, deliverables and any agreed schedule. Changes to scope should be agreed in writing. An inquiry does not reserve availability or constitute acceptance of a project.
6. Fees, invoices and payments
Fees and payment arrangements must be agreed before work begins and invoiced under the relevant engagement. Invoices must identify International Enhancers LLC as the issuer and payments must relate to genuine services through methods authorized and communicated to the client. Payment timing, currency, taxes and expenses remain subject to the individual agreement. Pending operational confirmation: the company does not accept payments to hold or transfer money for third parties. No payment facility is implemented in this preview.
7. Cancellation and refunds — proposed for approval
Cancellation procedures and any notice period must be specified in the engagement. Proposed principle: assess completed work separately from unperformed services and reconcile advances against work performed and any properly agreed commitments. Any refundable balance, timing and deductions must be determined under the agreement and applicable law. No universal non-refundable fee, penalty, refund deadline or approved refund policy is asserted here. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
8. Independent consulting relationship
An engagement does not automatically create employment, partnership, fiduciary duties or authority to act as an agent. Any authority to represent or bind a client must be expressly agreed and legally valid. This clause does not override a legal classification arising from the actual circumstances or mandatory law.
9. No guarantee of results
Strategic assessments and recommendations depend on information, assumptions and circumstances specific to each engagement. They do not guarantee revenue, profitability, international expansion or any particular commercial, financial or operational outcome. Clients remain responsible for their decisions and implementation, subject to the consultant’s agreed obligations.
10. Regulated activities — verification required
Proposed exclusion, subject to confirmation against actual services and contracts: the company does not provide banking, money transmission, securities brokerage, investment management, custody of client funds or legal representation. These exclusions are not yet verified. Specialized legal, tax or regulated financial matters should be referred to appropriately qualified and authorized professionals.
11. Confidentiality
The treatment of confidential business information must follow the applicable engagement, any confidentiality agreement and the company’s verified procedures. The agreement should address authorized recipients, permitted uses, required disclosures and duration. This website does not itself establish an NDA. Do not submit confidential documents, sensitive personal data or identity documents through a general inquiry form.
12. Intellectual property
Website content and company-owned methodologies remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Access does not grant ownership or a license to commercially reproduce or exploit protected materials. Ownership, permitted use and any transfer of rights in client deliverables must be defined by the engagement; third-party rights remain unaffected.
13. Limitation of liability — proposed for legal review
Website information may be incomplete or become outdated and should not be relied on as individualized advice. Any exclusion, allocation or cap of liability for professional services must be expressly agreed and valid under applicable law. No cap or monetary threshold has been approved. Nothing in these proposed terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution — pending
The governing state or jurisdiction and any competent courts or dispute mechanism must be selected with legal counsel and agreed in writing. The location of a registered agent does not determine that choice automatically. Mandatory rules applicable to a relationship remain unaffected. No final choice of law or forum is made in this draft.
15. Updates and effective date
Approved revisions will be published on this page with their actual effective date. Changes to website terms do not automatically amend an existing consulting agreement. This document was prepared for review on October 9, 2026 and is not effective; a verified effective date remains pending.
16. Contact
The verified corporate email for contractual questions has not yet been supplied. It must be added before publication. Contact: info@internationalenhancers.com. Email links open your own email application; the website does not submit messages.
